Rental Policies
Thank you for visiting our web site. Please browse through our rental policies to familiarize yourself with the requirements of renting one of our fabulous exotic cars. Should you have any questions, please contact us so we may assist you.
Rental Requirements
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be 21 years or older. Must have a major credit card in your name. Must carry full coverage automotive insurance that is transferable to the vehicle. The only exceptions to being required the credit card in your name is our All-Inclusive-Package. The only exception to not needing to carry your own insurance is also the All-Inclusive-Package.
Rental Period
One Day Rental One 24 hour period constitutes a rental day. We offer a 30 minute grace period for vehicle returns before late charges apply.
Hourly Rental on Selected Cars
The rental begins upon delivery of the car, and ends when you return the car to hotel valet and your ticket is time stamped. We allow a 15 minute grace period for partial day rental returns, then you will be charged $125 per hour on high-end exotics and classics.
Please allow a 60 minute window for your delivery to insure that your rental is properly serviced and inspected for the safety and pleasure of your experience with us.
Rental Period
A credit card hold will be required 24 hours before vehicle is delivered to be applied toward damages, refueling if needed, and overage of mileage. The Deposit will range from $1,000.00 to $2,500.00 depending on the vehicle’s value and insurance policy submitted. This deposit will be released right away when the vehicle is returned undamaged.
Renter understands that if there is any damage to the vehicle upon the return, the security deposit may be used to cover any charges resulting in the loss of use of the vehicle, any damages to the vehicle that insurance will not cover and/or the insurance deductible. THIS IS TO COMPLY WITH NRS 482.3157. Renter agrees that the security deposit can and may be used for any damages, excess fuel charges, excess mileage charges, and renter agrees renter will not dispute such charges if they are incurred. Renter agrees that in the event of damage, it will be renter’s responsibility to recover any monies billed against renter’s security deposit from the insurance company.
At the Time of Rental
At the time of rental, you must have with you a Driver’s License, insurance card, and the credit card with which you reserved your rental. The only exception to this is our All-Inclusive-Package.
Private Drivers
For those of you that would like to sit back and enjoy the sights, we can arrange a private driver for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers are permitted, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.
Vehicle Delivery
FREE pickup and delivery at any strip Hotel at no additional charge. For deliveries outside the Las Vegas Strip area, please contact us, as nominal fees apply.

Holidays
No vehicle deliveries will be made on Thanksgiving, December 25, or December 31. Reservations covering these holidays may be subject to a minimum rental period, with all deliveries and pickups occurring before and after the above mentioned holidays.
Driving Area Restrictions
We allow our vehicles to be driven anywhere in the United States, however certain restrictions apply. Please notify us if you plan to drive the vehicle outside of Nevada. Customers must have written authorization from Las Vegas Fantasy Car Rentals to drive the vehicle out of state.
Smoking Policy
For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge of $450 will apply if this policy is violated.
Off-Roading
All renters agree the vehicle will not be used for off-roading, driven on a racetrack, or be involved in any illegal exhibition of speed.
Payment Methods
Las Vegas Fantasy Car Rentals accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, Cash and other major credit cards. Yes, we accept Cash and Debit Cards.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the original pick-up or delivery date are subject to a $500 per day cancellation fee. Also, if you choose, the rental fee may be applied as credit toward future use within 365 days of the original reservation. However if cancellation notice is received within 72 hours of the reservation date, the rental fees become non-refundable and the rental fee may not be applied as credit toward future use. ” This applies on all cars rented through the secured website or over the phone.
